Colorado Modular Homes (CMH) is very different from most modular construction companies. We are vertically integrated which means we have most of the trades and equipment required to construct modular projects within the company. This allows us to accurately control the schedule for our houses because we perform most of the activities ourselves. This work can include everything from site excavation to finishing the roof and everything in-between. Many modular companies will simply sell you the home and then you most go out and find a general contractor to build it for you. At Colorado Modular Homes we are truly full service and can customize our services to your needs.

Nathan Peterson is the owner of Colorado Modular Homes, which he started in 2005. He holds an Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines as well a MBA in Finance and Accounting. He spent his first 7 years out of school working in corporate
