Colorado Modular Homes

Colorado Modular Homes (CMH) has several options when it comes to contracting services. Typically our services will fall into one of three categories:

Option A

In this category Colorado Modular Homes will sell you the home, and also manage the entire project from pulling permits to calling the final inspection and everything in-between. With this option you will pick out your floor plan, options, and lot, and we will take care of the entire project. CMH will function as your General Contractor just as if you were building a custom stick built home.

Option B

Colorado Modular Homes will sell you the modular home, taking you through floor plan design, option choices, and the remainder of the factory ordering and delivery process. The homeowner is then responsible for managing the remainder of the construction process from start to finish. If you choose this option we will be more than happy to help you along the way by introducing sub-contractors, and set and finish crews we know in the area. We will also be more than happy to answer any questions along the way.

Option C

This category is somewhere between A & B. This is for the homeowner who wants to play an active role in the building process but does not want to tackle the whole project themselves. Some homeowners like to "roll up their sleeves" to save some money by performing certain tasks themselves. We do not mind this type of relationship as it often gives the homeowner a greater appreciation for the homebuilding process. In this instance we simply outline the services you would require from CMH and those you would be performing yourselves.
