Who manufactures your homes?
We work with multiple manufacturers. We have a strong belief that using multiple manufacturers insures that we can not only provide a variety of different products, but also allows us to "bid" out the project to make sure that you receive the best price as well. We have seen price differences of over $100,000 dollars (on a 4-plex townhome project) when we "bid" the same design to several different manufacturers. If we only worked with a single manufacturer our customer may have lost out on some very substantial savings. If you would like to know the manufacturers we source from please give us a call.
